Just pulled this from a '65 Pbass. I don't think it was ever removed from the spacer or the grounding plate until I tore it off and also pulled a little on the wrapping to see the color of the wire. The huge magnets sticking so far out the back makes me think it's not Fender but I don't know much about 60's black bottoms.
Thoughts?

The cloth wires and ground plate are 60's, the fact that there is plastic wire also means I have plenty of room to doubt that they aren't original pickups since there has been some amount of "molestation" going on. But these pickups are so old!! Who else was making Precision pickups that long ago??
