7 string flatwound. Do they exist?

Are you using 'standard' 7-string tuning: F#-C?
You'll probably have to go with singles. D'addarrio do flat singles, but only up to a .132, which is probably too skinny for your F#

I've an 8 string fretless bass, I use B to Bb tuning...
I bought some flats, a 5 strings set of d'addario chromes, a single .032, d'addario chromes too, and I've found a .020 single flat string for the F string(they say that this string is flatwound, not plain), Pyramid pure nickel, bought on www.saitenkatalog.de. I'm waiting for the package to arrive, so, I don't know yet how it feels and sounds.
I use a plain .014 for the Bb string.

To my knowledge, B-F is standard for a 7-string bass.
But then again, there are 2 or 3 different "standards" for baritone guitars, so they could both be correct.
TS, as stated above, your thinnest strings will likely be plain strings anyway, so you wont have to worry about them being flatwound.
GHS is very helpful in this department, and I'm sure the higher-end flats brands like LaBella and T.I. can surely help you out as well.
I use LaBella flats (6 string set) and a SIT plain steel .018 for the F .... bass tolerates the tensions well and there is no noticeable difference in volume ....
