71 Fender P Bridge

hello you all,

i'm looking to bring the bridge back to "normal" as you can see in the pictures below: mine has been messed with

ofcourse, i want to keep it as close to factory as possible
so, what needs to be done here ?
are the "screws" supposed to be of the same length ?
how would be best to fix this ?

The long screw on the G string is correct. Fender moved the bridge away from the neck in the late 60s, not sure why, but this often left the G saddle at the end of the screw. My 71 has the same screw.

The short E screw is not correct, as far as I know.
