I believe that Azola planned to build 8-string *Bass Guitars* at one point in the past, and that they decided not to afterall......best way to find out might be to contact them.

Boy, Jill and Steve are really on the ball. Quick reply. Jill said that they were approached about five years ago to build an 8-string electric bass guitar, but they already had their hands full. She said also said, "although I have a feeling you were actually thinking about an 8-string EUB?? Now *that* is a frightening thought : )" Yes, frightening indeed.
