I have a MIM Jazz, and a Squier Classic Vibe 50's P bass with plastic nuts installed that function well, but I'd like to replace them with bone or graphite. Before I remove the nuts, can anyone tell me if they have flat bottoms or a radiused (curved) bottoms.

Yes they do.
From this thread Squier bass nut - flat-bottomed or curved ? (post #3)

I purchased a LH Squier Precision bass (had both P and J pickup configuration) to complete my "Frankenbass" project, to use the LH neck on a RH Precision Body. So I had to turn the nut around...it turns out to be a Jazz type neck by the way....and the nut is flat bottomed. I measured the width of the slot in the fingerboard and it is about as close to 1.50 inches as I can measure. Went to 3 music stores today and no one had a match for it. I ended up buying a black graphite nut, had the flat bottom, but it is not quite thick enough and slightly too wide....It will do for now. But I am not finding any good replacement on StewMac, etc . The TUSQ XL nuts for Jazz bass are curved bottomed. Will keep looking...

Just for anyone wondering I have both Squier CV 60's P Basses and J Basses and all were flat bottom...My newest Jazz came with the typical quirks that were easily remedied but when adding La Bella Low Tension Flats (I love them too now!) the nut fell out when the roundwounds came off so I saw it recently...I also have Fender Player and Player 2 Basses but have not had to mess with nuts so haven't seen the bottoms...
