I agree with looking into the Peavey 4x10's. Great sounding cabs and can be had used for less than $200 a lot of the time, but yes can be heavy because they are built like tanks with a good solid built.
I very much agree on the neo 4 10, catch a sale at mf and you can get it for under $500 and it weighs 68 lbs, its all you would ever need, buying anything used is a roll of the dice, if you do plug it in and play it for a while and it seems ok then go for it, but if you can afford it always buy new IMHO of course
