Just thought I'd give some Kudos to Avatar
I just bought an Avatar B410 about a week ago and have to let everyone know how incredible this cabinet is. I'm running an Acoustic Image Focus into it and playing a Musicman Stingray-5. The low B is handled with no problem and I'm pushing at least 700 watts into this cab. Nothing breaks up and it's Studio flat.
And for the "Name Brand" guys (like myself
)... I have 2 Epifani UL 110's, and a Schroeder 1212L... I'm selling these off because honestly the Avatar sounds better and only cost me $477 after shipping!
The Avatar sounds EXACTLY like my old Eden (That I payed 2 times the amount for). It's a Hi-Fi sounding cab which is what I dig because what you EQ into it... is what you actually hear.
Anyway, Hope this helps some of you guys out there. Don't overlook Avatar just because they are less expensive. You'll be more than happy with the tone and still be able to pay your heating bill this Winter.
