It is a Tung 6 string bass! Any Tung bass lovers should check them out as it is really rare now. But one point that make buyers concern is that the seller have 0 feekback rating.

Who takes pictures for their auction in the back seat of their car?

I'm convinced people like this are only putting up auctions because they got in trouble with their significant others, and they don't really want to sell it. That's why they use crappy pics, and lame descriptions.

I honestly think what s/he meant by "hot" was in reference to the output levels, and was simply phrased particularly badly. It's a 7-day auction with 2 left - if it were truly stolen, I think eBay would have pulled the auction buy now.

...but damn, if it were a 5-string and I wasn't in the midst of moving and requiring funds I'd be on that like JM on bad FOH sound.
