About time for a first post...

Been lurking for a while, absorbing all the collective knowledge, as well as the humor! I've been playing bass (and a few other instruments, including guitar) for, uhh, a while now, and am still learning...Finally found a minute to post, while waiting for the fireworks displays.

Hopefully I can contribute just a fraction of what I've picked up, even if it is only a funny story or two about a gig!

Just got back from our small town parade.
It was a gas!! Lots of candy!! Had to fight the kids tooth and nail
Fireworks tonight at the Battle Rock state park on the coast hwy #101! see here:

Here's a better view of Battle Rock Beach. Fireworks will be set off around 9p from the rock and beach
