I meant you thought the first was weak so you watched the second to inflict suffering through another weak movie upon yourself.
Jeepers Creepers 2 scares me everytime I watch it. I'm afraid to go outside in the dark for a week afterwards.
Speaking of, I just finished watching it. Now I'm afraid to go to the grocery store to pick up bread and milk for tomorrow.

I never even saw the movie, but now I'm going to have nightmares about it again.

I loved both movies and I think I know what separates the lovers from the haters, hear me out:
I think the P.A. movies are a very different sort of horror. Whereas most horror/thriller/slasher movies play upon ones fear of the absolute worst case scenario's occurring I think the P.A. films draw upon a very different sort of fear. Basically if you're sat at home late at night and suddenly something creaks down the other end of your house most people become ever so slightly paranoid. I think these movies attempt to play on the viewers fears of things like noisy houses, the fear of unexplained sounds, doors opening/closing by themselves etc. Which is different but at the same time only really appeals to certain people.
Me? I was never scared by the normal Freddy or Jason style movies but whenever I hear something in my house move that technically shouldn't, it freaks me out a little. I think that's why I liked these movies, because I legitimately fear being in the position of the protagonists.
Also if you're a fan of scary movies with a difference I suggest seeing a movie called Pontypool. It's not scary as such but it's a great twist on a zombie movie.
If the combined threat of Diane Keaton, Sarah Jessica Parker, Claire Danes, and Rachel McAdams doing a family Christmas movie doesn't frighten you then I don't know what will.

The Shining has a special place for me as one of the best intentionally scary movies.
Deadsnow. Nazi Zombies. Kinda goes along with the Evildead/Bruce Campbell movies. Too bad he wasnt in it. Bubba hotep is great though. Cowboy mummy. awesome
Icon basser was scared @#$%less into only being able to laugh at Paranormal and the Ring. The mind has a way of shutting down especially if it's weak . He was screaming like a little girl inside but all he could do was laugh so his girlfriend or buddies wouldn't know!! HA! HA! We got your number! LOL!

incorrect. They were just... funny. Especially the part where the baby in the second one starts levitating up against the crib bars, the whole time I was thinking "Spider Man, Spider Man".
Nah they weren't really funny. You didn't find them scary that's cool... lots of people did, including myself. Stuff going bump in the night gives me the heebee jeebees.
Different strokes and all... I thought the first one was pretty scary, but then again, I dont really find movies scary. Its the tension, the music, the waiting for something that makes you react, that gets me more than anything.
Dead Snow was a great movie, surprisingly my dad seemed to really enjoy it too and it's rare for him to like a film and not start slating it off. I really liked the music in it too.
Agree with along the same lines as Evil Dead, good, funny, entertaining moments.
Sleepy Hollow I thought was O.K as it goes, for lite stuff.
