Just read that AC/DC is being blamed for Wrigley field being in bad shape. One of the best comments I saw on this was from someone that said "I don't think that when this concert was scheduled that anyone thought there would be meaningful baseball being played in Chicago in September"

But also just plain stupidity.

It's the way it is. The grounds crew should plan for some overtime and extra expense after any event like this. I'll be seeing the AC/DC show this Friday at AT&T Park in SF and I'm sure the grass will take a beating. But it's the Giants in a odd numbered year so it doesn't really matter anyway.

That's maybe why the Blue Jays are winning.... We made AC/DC play in a field in Suberbia, not at the Rogers Centre!
