Double Bass Accessories bag

I've been using an old-school briefcase/laptop bag. The heavily padded laptop section perfectly fits my Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 and has a velcro strap to hold it in place. There's another pocket with movable dividers that I've arranged to fit my tuner and pre-amp/DI pedals plus my pedal cables and wallwart. Expanding document pocket perfectly holds two instrument cables. Front flap compartment holds amp power cable and speakon cable plus has a pouch that fits my SM57 nicely. Oh, and it has a shoulder strap!

Honestly, it's pure luck that so much of my gear fits perfectly into this particular bag that my dad was no longer using, but as a result, I've never felt the need to shop out other gig or accessory bags.

The guitar tick looks good, but a bit on the small side.

On most of my gigs I double upright and Ubass, and I go through the band's own pa, so I have a multiway mains extension, preamp, ab pedal, tuner, 3 long jack cables, 1 long xlr, 2 psu units and Jack leads, plus all the extra stuff everyone collects. I need a sturdy, small, well designed bag with loads of room.

I am actually looking for a new bag. I had a reasonably good producers carry all that I bought from Thomann, but the straps started breaking quite quickly and I managed to get it soaked in antifreeze this week. I'll keep you updated if I find anything.
