Account profile won't load after login on Andriod app

I recently found my account logged out on the mobile app and upon logging back in my profile is blank. I tried uninstall/reinstall to no avail.

Platform - LG V20
Version 7.0

I'm unable to see or do anything with my profile. I just installed TB on my Asus android tablet and am facing the same issue.
