  1. I just had a look at Accugroove's website and I noticed that there is no mention of the Accuswitch any more. It's even been removed from the specifications of the cabinets.

OK!, that's a clear answer, I still think that they will be better off by being a bit more open on this matter...

Interesting...that may be the best move for them.

I sent an email to Mark Wright and he replied less than a week ago, defending the accuswitch and saying that it works.

Perhaps a formal statement from Accugroove will follow shortly. You wouldn't want to release a statement about a potentially defective product without making sure you cleaned up your website to remove references to the defect.

Just because it mysteriously contradicted a few basic electrical laws such as Ohms Law is no reason to label it

Pardon me if I don't post the more appropriate
    words that come to mind.

Perhaps the "AccuSwitch II" will be announced at Summer NAMM? :D

The reply I got was pretty lame too. I don't know if I should post it, it wasn't really "private" as it was my second email to Accugroove so anyone would get a similar response. Anyway. Schroeders it will be for me.

Did you notice there's a new Accugroove cab: Tri 115L?
  16. Mebbe my cabinet is destined to become a collectors item! I seriously love my El Whappo and I'm not going to part with it anytime soon, but I am glad to see the switch gone.

what do you think accugroove will do with the rest of the unused switches?

Perhaps a different boutique cab builder is going to buy up the remaining in ventory of the and implement them in a new product line?

do you think maybe Jim B or epifani could use them?

perhaps Jorge will use the remaining switches on his to-be-released neo cabs?

    just thinking out loud here.
  18. THAT"S IT!! They're out of switches!
