Achoo!!!

I have never had the hiccups but I have needed to sneeze a few times. I just look round like I am checking the back of my amp and hope I dont spew phlem all over my sh**.

An itchy nose is so much worse though as its not as easy to get rid of.

Oh yeah and you can't do anything to stop it or risk not playing. Makes for some interesting cases of bass face. Imagine yourself doing the face contortions trying to keep from sneezing during the middle of a slow, and very emotional praise and worship song. Yeah, I saw a few people snicker but thank goodness that most of the audience had their eyes closed.

Hiccups aren't bad, farts are alot of fun (If used right, and IF they are yours), and coughs are just accepted.

okay heres a sneeze pic...

i have burps/sneezes all the time playing trumpet. just a fact of life. In the middle of a long passage, and suddenly a burp wants to come up, and suddenly your pitch drops about a 1/2 step. no fun.

or the big sneeze/cough you suppress right before you play, and it just kills.
