Adam Nitti Clinic In Denver!

Just like the last two get togethers I can't beleive I missed seeing Adam Nitti. I totally spaced it.

Ebozzz - I think I'm still on Ad's list for the next get together.

Yep, we know you Farley. ;) Hey did you ever get a chance to check out that BAM 210 combo?

Thank you so much to guitarX, the greatest music store EVER!

I can't wait to be back in the Denver area!

Great meeting that FREAK Ebozzz as well...

And Spalty "Dave" McSpalt was the coolest!

As if being in a big city wasn't scary enough! Ebozzz will introduce himself to all of you in an uncomfortable form of intimidation in a dark bar! LOLOLOL

Anyway, very cool meeting the Denver crew! And I highly recommend that you go to guitar X and buys STUFF!

aside from all the beautiful instruments, and great pedals...

Gary has the GREATEST little instrument stands I have ever seen...

I had to come home with 4 of them just incase!

Also I was overwhelmed with the educational DVD selection...

Adam floors me with his sweeping technique on his basses, SO i bought a Frank Gambale video! FUNNY STUFF but that's another story

While I was there, those of you who missed my clinic, Morley sent two wah pedals , a ton of t-shirts, and gave them all away...

And the greatest compliment of all is that Gary's father dug my clinic!

Gary's Father and step mother were right there in the trenches...

And Gary would have been sleeping under his bed crying if it hadn't been for his fiancee Shawna...

When you walk in to GuitarX you will feel the sense of family, strength and community

So please go buy a guitar stand at guitarX at the very least and tell Gary I said hello!

Don't forget the EBS and MORLEY pedals

And don't touch that crazy hand made, hand painted random auto wah pedal Gary has because it will be mine!

And yes as mentioned before ... someone asked Adam if he ever gets frustrated ... man I'm almost about to cry like a baby now just recalling it...

Adam IS the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!! i am so fortunate to know all of these people!

Thank you so much guitarX

I have and was very impressed. That being said I'm still lugging around my SVT4-PRO and 15 bottom. I am really re-thinking my rig, it's almost too much for me. I'm just your average home studio/small gig type of guy.

I missed the clinic too! I didn't have my car and I've been so busy with school, I wouldn't have had the time anyway.

Really can't wait for the next get together. I've got one new toy to bring. The Thumb fretless!!!!!!!! Of course, might not be as cool because Matt has one too. Oh well, I haven't played his in so long, they might sound totally different. My pickups and perhaps the pre are different from his '91 so we'll see. It just needs a little work and then it'll be ready to go.

I hope we get more of a turn out this time. It would be great to try out some more stuff and meet other community bass players.

I think I'm gonna have to make a trip to GuitarX over the weekend. I actually have some time now!

Are there possible dates setup yet for next month?

Hey 9string -

Thanks so much for the kind words, and (of course) especially for performing at the gallery. Watching you get around on that 9-string is always a treat.

Hey, "Why don't you just......" ;)

Can't wait to hear your collaboration with Chris, and I hope to see you again SOOOON!

:D :D ;) Greg don't you give up my sleeping space for the Bash. I seriously going to try to make it up there. Thanks for coming down and I apologize that my schedule did not allow me to see/hear you play. :(

Not yet. I plan to reach out and touch everyone again this weekend. There appears to be a lot more interest in the idea this time around so we may need a little more room. If any of you has any suggestions about a possible location, please contact me! When you go down to GuitarX, stay away from my flamey Koa and walnut burl axes, alright? :D ;)

Hey 5stringdna,

We're at 1452 South Broadway, one block north of Herman's Hideaway. Between Florida and Arkansas.

I hope you can make it out, I'd love to meet you!

Gary

Ok cool. I am kinda getting tired of seeing nothing but warwick, fender and Ibanez in music stores around here, especially since those are 3 brands I'm not too fond of (although they make a few bass I kinda like). From what I hear you guys stock some more interesting instruments.
