Adam Yauch RIP

Last concert I saw before I moved from Atlanta in '91. Public Enemy opened for them and Mike Watt was on bass. There was elbow room galore on the floor. Great show. He will be missed. RIP.

So many great albums these guys put together.
One of my top 5 favorite bands growing up.
Pauls Boutique, Check your head, License to Ill.

Being a bass player MCA was always my favorite, really talented
and seemed like a great guy.
I'm definitely sad about his passing.

Seau, now MCA, it's been a lousy few days.

"Now my name is M.C.A., I've got a license to kill ( yeah )
I think you know what time it is, it's time to get ill ( yeah )
Now what do we have here, an outlaw and his beer
I run this land, you understand, I make myself clear?"

We stepped into the wind, he had a gun, I had a grin
You think this story's over but it's ready to begin..."

Way too young to leave the mic. Time to grooveshark Licensed to Ill. The gateway drug to rap for a generation of rockers.

Wow. I always thought that was Mc Eiht on that track. I never got into Beastie Boys, but I've always loved when that song came on!. You learn something new every day!

Man 47 is way too freakin young...RIP MCA :(
