Adding a CTS Horn and L-Pad

So I own a Crate BT-220 combo amp, and it sounds pretty good. I replaced the speaker to an Eminence Basslite 15, and it sounded even better. I was thinking that adding a CTS KSN1165A piezo bullet tweeter might give me a bit more treble. So there is a comment on this site about adding an L-pad.

CTS / Motorola KSN-1165 Surface Mount Piezo Electric High Power Bullet Tweeter</font>

It says: "Crossover Required: None. The Piezo Element Requires No Additional Crossover. However, a 20 ohm, 30 watt square ohm resistor should be used In SERIES when adding an L-Pad control."

Could anyone of you guys draw a picture of how exactly to do this?

Plus, I really don't know what a "20 ohm, 30 watt square ohm resistor" is or where to get one...I also don't know what L-Pad to get...

Could I theoretically just wire this horn straight to the 15", + to + and - to -, just run lines off of the speaker?

Any help would be great! Thanks again for any advice..:D
