Adventures in starting a pedal company!

Only got a few minutes with it last night, but it sounds great :) Thanks Mike. Please keep us updated on your new stuff!

DirtyDuke...I tried your setting and thought it to be a nice sweet spot indeed! I made one small change though, lowered the sag to noon. I love the natural grit this pedal adds..."definitely my always on" and the small size ensures I'll always be able to fit it somewhere on the board ;)
 
It's apparently my week to do pedal alterations. Just finished rebuilding Adam's Wave Channel that was posted here back in April, it's got a sweet PCB that I designed several weeks after he got his pedal. Before/after gut shots:

I've also got a Barbershop coming back to have some different transistors put in, which should get it to behave much more like the original pedal.

Hey Rick, tried it, like it. I can't go past 9 with the sag or my volume drops out,
 
Duke: This is why I sent it back. It works fine and sounds fine, but I want a more usable sweep. How are you liking it after a few more days with it? I sent mine back yesterday and kind of wish I would have kept it until Monday ;)

Johnny: Our pedals have the sag knob wired backwards compared to how Guillaume wires his. In a way, how Mike wired it makes more sense to me....the more you turn clockwise means the more sag you put on the circuit. So going past nine is actually giving the circuit more voltage, which should translate into a cleaner and louder signal.
 
So, in case anyone who reads this is interested, I just finished a design for a Big Muff Pi based pedal that is tweaked for bass, has an added blend circuit, and has all on board connections for the pots, footswitch, and everything else. I want to build one, but don't have the extra cash at the moment. I'm estimating the cost to be $60. If someone will pay for the cost to build two of them ($120) I will build you one and keep the other for myself. I'll finish it in any color that Mammoth Electronics offers on their enclosures, and it will have an alpha footswitch and pots, switchcraft jacks, and a neato LED bezel that i found from another one of my suppliers.
