Advice needed: Listing a studio for sale

My wife is a real estate agent and is about to list a studio for sale. Can anyone recommend a website, or other places, she should list it on? She is trying to think outside the box a little bit, but wants to balance physical security for the space, as it is fully functional with recording equipment and music gear, with getting the word out.

Any recommendations on listing ideas would be much appreciated.
