I still consider that the Sadowsky preamp pedal makes a magic difference with my Jazz bass. Though tempted to try new things, this one's an always-on keeper.

Which Sadowsky pre?

I actually like the TH DI because it has versatility to send to board which offers me control.
Of course, if the engr has time and expertise then those options count less, but I can take control if I need it.
