Just 12 bar blues in E, but what a funky bass line. I think this is Noel Neal on bass (brother of Kenny Neal). He has sort of a slippery sound. Almost fretless. Check out the fills in the outro (measures 80 and 84).

once again, thanx for this. yeah, been checking out the transcription. you know, the bass is kind of jerry jemmott-ish. very! i did a long spell as a jemmott freak ( way before i ever heard of jaco. ) to me he's one of the OGs.

I cleaned this up and fixed a few things.
I play the low G to G# with my index. So the E above that (E2) on 7th fret of the A string with my pinky.
I sure wish I could go back and edit old posts. The original transcription had quite a few problems. I'll keep looking at it.
