Akinson no longer making custom basses

Just on Dan's sight and it appears he is no longer making custom "made to order" basses. He said he is shut down for the rest of the year and when he comes back he will only make specific basses for sell no custom jobs.

Something tells me he got tired of returning emails all day for basses that never even got started.

Man I am bummed, I already had my idea planed out and was saving money. Oh well I like the Evoke 51' P/J hopefully that stayes in the line up.
