I know it is an oxymoron, but this is some smoking’ Smooth Jazz! Al Turner was Earl Klugh’s bassist, and he really does justice to the original Louis Johnson bass line. I see Mr. Turner appears to be playing a Bass Mods instrument here instead of the Ken Smith he made famous. I wonder if this has been a permanent switch because he sounds incredible!
