All Darkglass Setup - Rack or Other Options?

So I am finally purchasing my Darkglass setup. It's 3 pieces, all Darkglass; amp, effects and cabinet. So the one issue I've kind of neglected is, literally how do I set them up, the three pieces. Would this be called a rack? And how do I find a rack (or whatever the correct term is) specifically for Darkglass components? Searches have yielded nothing.

Thanks in advance!

Usually:
-pedal on the floor for stomping on/off,
-amp on the cab,
-instrument cable from bass to pedal input,
-instrument cable from pedal output to amp input, and
-speaker cable from amp to cab.

Or is it you want to buy rack ears for the amp and a pedal drawer to install into a rack like this;

What gear are you buying specifically? Are you sure you'll need a pedal if you already have a Darkglass amp?

How do you setup a pedals, amp and a cabinet? Exactly like that, bass -> pedals -> amp -> cab.
Are you planing to place the pedals in a rack and leave them on all the time?

Right, I do know about the order. What I mean to ask is, like do I just put the cabinet on a table or something? Isn't there something like a rack to secure the cabinet, as well as the other components, all together?
I am not certain about using a rack, or leaving them on constantly. I am not yet familiar with current practice, maybe you could shed some light on that particular idea, as far as using a rack and leaving them on? I will only have the one effects module, for now, the Darkglass Infinity Microtubes.

Apologies, I am not perfectly clear on the terminology! The Darkglass Infinity Microtubes is an expensive effects module that I would think replaces the need for multiple pedals. I guess I mistakenly called this an effects pedal. What would this be called, maybe an effects box? So then would I still use a pedal, or some other device to instantly switch between different configurations on the effects box, the microbes infinity?

Well I guess that sounds logical to me, some kind of system of racks/drawers/what have you lol (again, not sure of the right terminology) for the whole setup. I mean is it okay just to sit the cabinet on a table or on the floor, sit the amp and effects box on top, or next to the cabinet, without anything securing them?
So I'm guess I'm a bit surprised that my searches for some kind of rack, ears, etc, to fit Darkglass yields nothing.

I have a Warwick Vampyre 5-String Rockbass. I'm buying the Darkglass Exponent 500 Amp Head, the Microtubes Infinity Effects Box, and the Darkglass 212 Cabinet.

Potato / potato. Most people would call any pedal that sits on the floor an effects pedal. If you called it an effects box everybody would know what you meant.

It's perfectly fine to put the amp on top of the cabinet without securing it. That's exactly what most players do.
If you put the pedal on the cabinet how will you press the buttons? If you're okay using your hands to do it and have no need to press them while you're in the middle of playing a song that will work. However, if you need to press buttons in the middle of a song (one sound for a verse, a different sound of a chorus) then you'll likely want it on the floor to step on.

Racks aren't exactly popular these days. Especially when it comes to the small lightweight heads that exist today. A rack is just a large and heavy case that will weigh significantly more and be much larger than the amp + bag.

No real need to rackmount the head, the beauty of the micro heads is you don't need something like that to lug them around. I'd leave the preamp pedal on the floor, unless you plan on never tweaking or shutting it off. If that's the case, you could put it on top of the amp and leave it there. I wouldn't recommend that unless you have a wireless transmitter for your bass though, one stray passerby tripping on your instrument cable and your pedal takes a solid fall to the floor :(

Always wrap your cable through/under something to prevent this. Also when not using a pedal on top of your amp. Someone tripping over the cable can rip the jack from the amp input in an 'unpleasant' manner!

Edit: ah,.. this reads as a command, it is just a suggestion of course :).

You put the cabinet on the floor or on an amp stand or wedge. You put your amp head on top of that. You plug your amp into your cabinet with a speaker cable (do not use an instrument cable, it has to be a speaker cable). You plug your bass into your pedal and your pedal into your amp head. You don’t need any other hardware.

The reason it is difficult to find rack ears (these would screw onto either side of your amp head so that you can mount it inside of a rack case) is because rack mounted amps are antiquated, heavy, and unnecessary.

The Infinity is a pedal. Anything that has a foot switch that you step on is a pedal. You could also call it an effects box, but pedal is the most common turn. Technically, it is a multi-effects pedal because it serves multiple functions.

mmm, FWIW, I sometimes prefer to secure the head to the cab (like with a bungee) so that any such trip cause the cable to unplug, without pulling the head off

when I used a amp-top tuner that was tied to the head, but not the pedal board lead

I try to never tie off to a amp head, altho' I will to a combo

depends on how heavy the cab, of course, but I often use a 1x12" and tying off the cable to the cab it can move, knock over the mic, etc.

I'd rather just get un-plugged, me

YMMV
