Almost through with TL-606 build...do I need to put Poly-fil in it?

My 606 that was built in the 80's and has pink panther insulation (as that's really all that we knew to use then) on all sides top, and bottom.
Don't most deisgners/ builders/ line all 5 surfaces?
Curious to see if you like the cab better with the center port closed or open.
I like open the best.

So Far, I am really digging the Dura-Tex, I will probably use it for everything in the future and not mess with Tolex again. SO much easier........
