Ukulele player, who started playing Ubass a little over a year ago. I play with several ukulele clubs/groups and play bass with a couple of them, one full time and one part-time. Just basic root and 5th at this point, which works out pretty well for ukulele groups.

I played tuba in 5th grade, which was decades ago, and later maybe spurred my interest in Paul McCartney and his cool looking Hofner. When I got enough money to buy a bass, the local store had a Fender that I really liked (this was in the 60's) but, it was $150, they also had a Harmony H-22 for $65 so I got it, never really learned how to play it and it was misplaced during several moves at some point.

So, Advance to 2017 and I got a Kala Rumbler and later a Kala Exotic mahogany, which I have and play now. Using an Orange Crush bass 25 and it works pretty well for what I need. The picture shows my old Rumbler...
