I managed a pub near Wollongong south of Sydney back in the late 90's. The owner was a musician as well and the main bar had a musical theme with the walls covered in instruments. He even went so far as having his saxophone converted into a beer font. He wasn't a very good saxophonist so this helped it play better tunes than he ever could.

Some optical illusion going on here. Not everyone sees it.
Hint: look at the bassist. It seems to go away once you know it’s there.

I suspect it was a lesson my mom taught. I’ve always been especially respectful of Praying Mantis.

I noticed him up on top of my truck...

...went about business...an hr later I loaded up recyclables, he was gone.

5 miles later, he was back!

(You want that guy givin’ You the stink eye?)

I picked him up and put him down in the grass nearby.
