As many times as I have been to Ontario, I have never visited Paris, ON. I will have to make a stop there if I get to make another trip.
It has huge elevation changes from any direction as you head into the original, older part. They say if you ever drive through it you'll never forget it. It's at the confluence of two rivers, the Nith and the Grand. There are also several cobblestone buildings. As well as home to Canada's oldest civic-gothic building (old town hall) built in 1854. Lots of nice old buildings and picturesque.

Cute little old downtown area as well. I live about 25min away
