Ambient/Post-Rock/Textural bass playing thread

Quik Lok DJ Table and Mixer Stand Equipment (DJ233)
Sweetwater doesn't have it, Amazon and a few others do.

It's not super heavy duty but it's foldable, and it's adjustable. In that pic, you can see the Iridium mounted on VESA clamp on stand. I basically attached a piece of 5/4 lumber to one end of the table with some c-clamps, and that gave the vesa mount something to clamp to. It's a bit top heavy, but it's not getting moved or knocked into.

Wow. Dimensions are perfect!!!!

What’s with all the Amazon complaints of bent parts?

I would love to see this setup.

You can briefly see it at 6:05 of this video, but it's in the dark. When I get a chance I'll upload a better pic if I remember. It's basically just a table with stuff tied to it. I sized it so it would fit into one of those big keyboard bags for transport, but then I added an upper deck for it which has to be detached and carried separately. The Mother 32s are on the upper deck part.

I think I got the new Erica calibrated! It seems to play in tune across octaves now.
Now to patch a thing and play a sequence. Omg there are so many variables to be mindful of.
- What’s clicking? Is that an envelope?
- Why is there no sound? Did I patch the wrong thing to a the wrong input?
- Why won’t that not stop playing? Oh, it’s not passing through a VCA with an envelope generator connected to it.

pretty sure this is where the p-bass with flats straight to the amp comes in.

Okay, found some pics I took during the build. This was about 5 years ago. At the time I have a Microbrute and a few Volcas. Everything seemed to fit fine, but I didn't allow space for effects pedals, so those had to be elsewhere. I have a small shelf on it so I can hide cabling underneath. It's still rat's nest though. Now, of course, I have more/different synths, so this thing's not as neat and tidy as it was then, plus there is a detachable upper deck as well. The keyboard has been replaced with a more functional and compact Keystep and there is a Mackie Mix5 mixer on it now, too.
