America Vs. Canada

0303_large.jpg

America pwns ice hockey. That's why all the best players come here. ;) :D

Canadian bacon = ham.

American bacon = tasty goodness that smells so good while it's cooking that you drip a little in your pants. And, it tastes so good that it leaves you smiling and wanting more.

America pwns bacon.

/discussion.

Yes. In our defence, at least canadaian bacon is salty ham. Although why the hell its covered in cornmeal is beyond be. A plus is that you can wrap back bacon in side bacon and grill it as an appetizer.

Yeh Geezer but Canada has the Mojo, ice hockey and Canada go together it's sort of iconic.

American hockey sounds like a Harley Davidson that's made in Fiji.

When we think of the US in terms of cool sports it's baseball and american football. Although we can't understand all that sissy armor. ;)

Playing hockey, give me the armor, those guys have massive cuhoonies.

I grew up in the US playing ice hockey. And, yeah, we had a little bit of an identity crisis, what with hockey being a "Canadian sport," but most of the pro teams and a lot of the best players were in the US. So, I guess I get a little defensive, sometimes...

Baseball is a cool sport; football and basketball, I just don't get.

Australian Rules Football, which I have seen on TV, is a freakin' mystery to me. It seems like a cross between rugby, soccer, and hurling, without injury timeouts!

Oh, and by the way, I think Harleys *are* made in Fiji these days... ;) :p

Shark bacon? Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) :p :D

Wait for it, yes!

Maybe not bacon but we eat shark here all the time. It's refered to as flake, it's like a takeout thing. The old fish 'n chips thing.

In some parts of Australia they don't eat it, they only supply fish fillets of whiting of other types of fish. In major cities eating shark is very common.

It's battered, sometimes in beer batter. Very cool.

We eat Kangaroo and crocodile as well!

I've been lead to believe that the UK has the best fish n chips.
