Amp advice needed

I'm looking to buy a new, small, tiltback amp to replace the SWR Workingpro 10 I have now. Basically, I'm in a large band (10 pcs, with horns, keys, the works) and we end up playing in a lot of very cramped places. I thought the SWR would be enough to cut it, since it would be either right in front or behind me tilted up and I only really need to be able to hear myself, but it's just not cutting it. Basically, I want the most power in the smallest lightest package but it needs to be a tiltback of some type. I've even considered using a powered monitor wedge with some kind of pre-amp. So far, I'm considering the hartke Hydrive 112 (which doesn't seem to be available yet), the Carvin BR610, the Line 6 LD150 (which I don't think will be powerful enough), and I was just looking at a Galien Kreuger RB700 2X12 but I think that's really pushing the upper limit on size and weight. To make things even easier, I have a budget of less that 600 bucks, preferably as much less as possible.
So, any other's I should be thinking about?
I should add that the odds I'll be able to find any of these to actually try out are almost nil around where I live.
As for sound, my band plays R&B, funk, blues, etc. but my own tastes soundwise is late Geddy Lee to Alice In Chains deep with some upper level dirt if I can get it.

This is not tiltback but for the price I think it could be a good deal. I have the head (de200) and it seems to be powerful.

The GK is a great amp. I played in a similar type group and used either a Walkabout Scout combo, which was fantastic but doesn't tilt back and a GK400 RB with a pair of 1x15 cabinets.

For a tiltback combo have a look at the GK 400 RBIV/210. At 65 lbs it's not too bad to cart and even with the one cabinet it puts out a lot of sound. There is also a 2x10 version.

It's tough finding good tiltback speaker cabinets but you could always rig up something that would work with one of the GK Neo cabinets like the 1x12. They're light (about 37 lbs) and sound very good.

Well, that's kind of difficult. The band is drums, two guitars, 4 horns, keys, 5 vocalists, and me (there's a link to our website at the bottom of this if you're curious). But as far as PA, it changes depending where we play, and where we play ranges anywhere from tiny clubs we can barely fit into to large clubs, outdoor festivals etc. I have a larger amp to use in rooms that will fit it, this is needed more for very small venues where I basically have space to stand and an area to put the amp, either directly in front or directly behind me. I should also ad that I drive a Hyundai elantra and this thing also needs to fit in my trunk.
As for the SWR, since someone asked, no I'm not really crazy about the tone. My "big" amp is a Hartke 5000 with an Ampeg HR1528 cab and I can get good tone out of that usually. It's just too large to use in a lot of the smaller rooms we work in.
