Amp ID - terrible photo

Any ideas what this amp is? It's red. It has circular graphics that scream out late 1990's/early 00's. Looks like it might have a 7-band graphic eq. The only photo is terrible quality.

TC Electronic?? I know they had some red colored heads.

I was going to guess SWR, maybe Redhead (but not if that is actually a 7 band graphic EQ)...it's hard to tell with how blurry the picture is but the 1990's time frame would fit. However upon closer examination I don't think it is SWR at all.

Carvin and Line 6 also had some red faced amps IIRC, but that picture needs some CIA or NRO image enhancement algorithms run on it before I would be willing to conclude much of anything other than it's red.

Seems to be an Italian brand. Not sure where they're actually made. Haven't seen any good reviews.
