Amp question

First one that will do a 2 ohm load or has two power amps in one case.
Second depends on the cabs, how many of what size speakers and how loud you want to go.
Did you mean "without" distortion? Again depends on the speaker cabs and how loud you want to be. Pick a number from 10 to 10,000 watts from the amp.
By "size of head" are you talking the wattage output or the actual SIZE? There are 800 watt micro heads and 50 watt anchors. :)

If both cabs are 4 Ohms, then when plugged in together, the load on the amp is 2 Ohms. So you need to find an amp whose specs include a rating for how much power can be delivered into 2 Ohms.

Now, as for power, note that each speaker will receive roughly half of the power put out by the head. If the power rating for each speaker is more than half the 2-Ohm power rating for the head, then you are OK.
