amp suggestions

hi, i'm new here so hi everyone!:)

i've been playing bass for a couple of time mostly for fun at home but in the last year we started a band and we now gig about 4 shows a month in clubs and bar. we play hard rock and classic rock covers.

i have two MM stingray and my amp so far has been a fender rumble 150 combo.

the amp has done the job so far and i like it but when i bought it i didn't tought we would gig that much and since we gig often i'm wondering if it shouldn't be a good time to check for a better amp.

i was wondering if the new fender rumble head and cabs would somehoe be an improvment that's worthy or if i should check something else. i've tried an ampeg svt450 with 4X10 ampeg cab and i liked it but i want to get other opinions and suggestions.

Try everything you can.
Best way I've found, find a music store that will let you borrow or rent the amp and cabinet for a live gig.
What sounds great in the store by yourself can change drastically in a live band setting.
