Ampeg 410/ SVT 4pro?

Hey there. I'm thinking of getting the Ampeg 410HLF, but am wondering what amp to go with. I played this cab with the SVT4pro at the NAMM show this year, however I'm wondering if anyone else has played this set up long term. the head has enough power for the 810, so will it blow the snot out of the 410hlf? Is there another ampeg head anyone could suggest? Thanks.

Works just fine with the 410hlf. You can mono bridge it and run the 410 to it's extreme (the speaker will fart out if you are pushing too much wattage through it) or you can run it stereo through the cab and power another cab with the 4 PRO.

You should be fine. It's a great head. If you start trying to get the volume of an 8x10 out of it, it might start farting out.
