Ampeg 6 x 10 cabinet replacement speakers

I recently acquired an old Ampeg G-60 cabinet, which is a 6 x 10 cab with three separate ported enclosures, each 2 x 10. From what I can find, this was built for guitar, which makes sense because the two top and two bottom speakers are 75 watt eminence, while the 2 middle speakers are jensen vikings with tiny little magnets, probably no more than 10 watts each...anyhow, all the speaker cones are shredded, and I intend to replace the speakers and use this cabinet for bass. It's roughly the same dimensions as a 610 HLF, but I'm pretty sure that the interior construction is different. Does anyone have any experience with one of these cabs or any recommendations as to speakers? I'll be using it in conjunction with an ampeg 2 x 15 cab loaded with two 200 watt JBLs, both driven by an SVT-4 pro. I was thinking of going with eminence deltas at 350 watts each, eminence legend at 200 watts each, or some combination thereof; any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Take all the drivers out and measure the inside enclosures, measure the ports, and we can provide better guidelines

Tentatively, I would say either:
1) replacements from Ampeg (which will be modified eminence betas most likely)
2) Basslite S2010s

But it depends on the measurements.

Depends on how you want to wire it, and what head you're going to use to power it. With a 6x10 cab, you're up against an odd impedance if you don't use special speakers. The 610HLF uses 6 ohm speakers wired in series-parallel, essentially creating three parallel sets of 12 ohms yielding 4 ohms. From what I've read the berg NV610 uses 24 ohm speakers in parallel to get 4 ohms.

When I bought my 610HLF, it came with two blown speakers and an SWR 4 ohm speaker. I ended up going with 8 ohm eminence BP102s which were pretty good in that box, I think a close match to the specs, but gave it a final impedance of 5.3 ohms (in series-parallel). Make sure, if you have to go with something like that, that your head can handle it. And I wouldn't recommend using this cab with a tube head unless you're really sure the transformers can handle the mismatch.

Each of the three inside enclosures measures 12.5 x 12.5 x 25 inches, with a single 5 inch diameter port. I am using an SVT-4 pro head, which can handle 4 ohms or greater speaker impedance. It seems like 6, 12, 24 ohm speakers are a bit hard to come by, I was thinking of using six 32 ohm speakers wired in parallel to produce 5.3, or a series/ parallel combination using 8 ohm speakers, again producing 5.3...I'm playing upright bass through it, tuned down to drop C (C G C F) so I need to make sure I go with something that can really handle the lows, but I want to be able to use it for electric bass in standard tuning as well. hi, i have no solution for the speakerreplacing, but i own the very same cabinet, i believe ,mine says G6 and it doesn't mention any ohmage so i use it as an 8ohm - cabinet and combine it with another 8 ohm cabinets such as the swr 2x10inch-goliath.It does make it a heavy load , but it sounds very nice, not particularly LouD ,but round, vintage 70's-like. My g6 has vertical haircracks in the paper cones, but can stand the pressure still. i have been looking for replacement-speakers ,but feared the new" sound could come out to be entirely different-sounding. do you know if this box initially was made for guitar instead of bass? Interesting stuff about the wiring and stuff by the way..
