Ampeg B15N Tone but Modern Amp?

I use a Markbass mini stack rig for pure utility purposes. But since it's sort of neutral sounding I put a VT Bass Deluxe in front of it and it does a pretty great job of copping that old Ampeg tone (with a P bass, of course). You can dial in a B15 tone as well as an SVT. That seems to get me solidly in the ballpark.
Someone I know recommended the mark bass. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. Any recordings you can share?

I have both the B100R and the PF 50T, get the 50T.
I also record, and the 50T is perfect for the studio,.
And, the 50T and a cab could very well be lighter then the B100R.

The B100R weighs 65lbs. It’s weight isn’t do much an issue. But it’s shape makes it somewhat unwieldily if you’re dead lifting it or carrying it around. A dolly is definitely the way to go.
