Hello, I recently bought an Ampeg BA210 combo amp used to have as an extra amp. Someone has put Eminence 500watt speakers in it. I don't think those were factory.
I'm thinking I'll need a repairman for this issue, but I figured I'd try here first.
When the amp has been on for about 5 minutes, the speakers will pop occasionally. Sometimes, the signal from my bass will be lost all together and the speakers will "suck" in and just sit there making a static noise. I can tap the back of the amp with my hand and everything will go back to normal for about 10 minutes or so. Anyone have any ideas before I take this to a repairman?
