Ampeg Classic 6x10 Question

You may also want to look into PORTED cabs. The 6-10 Classic (if I recall) is a SEALED cab like most of the 8-10's. If you like more low end, you can try a ported cab or two. To me, the sealed cabs do the low-mid thing better than the ported ones, but nothing shakes the air with low-end like the 6-10 ported version. I tend to prefer the sealed cab sound (which is why I lug around an 8-10 Classic), but with your tuning, and the fact that you had the low button on, you may like the beefier sound of the ported one.

Thanks a lot man! that stuff on there is approaching a couple years old. We're writing/recording/doing pre-production on new stuff right now and I'm very very excited about it.
Thanks for those comparisons, I'll take that as a definite compliment!
Hopefully we'll be down around that area at the end of this summer. Send me a message on our myspace and i'll be sure to let you know when the new stuff is done and we're headed that what. My name is Justin so just put hey justin or something like that as the title so i know to read it.
Thanks again though!

p.s. the stuff on the other link is some of the newer ideas of stuff we've been working on. its our "alias" page. we found a new singer who i think is putting us in the direction we've been looking for all along. so pay no attention to the about us part of that page.
Checked out your Adelynne stuff. Pretty good! Has a little Jimmy Eat World and a touch of early Thrice. You guys ever get down to Atlanta?
