Anyone have advance word on Ampeg's new BA210 combo that is yet to be shipped? It's said to be 450watts.

Double Bass Ampeg Love, Ampeg Combo confusion

I asked about this recently with one of my music store friends and still on pre-order at the stores. No one I know has actually seen one yet, but it looks to be the right size and power. I wonder how it's ported, front or rear or if it's ported at all. I love Ampeg's, I hope this one can take the volume with out farting out.
Another thing to note about this amp, is specs say it's 450W RMS into 4 ohms, but specs say the two 10" speakers are 16 ohms each and 8 ohms in parallel, so power rating is a little less than 300W.
