So you can actually get a pretty decent deal with the Ampeg $50 rebate...

AND...the $100 off coupon with a $499 purchase from Guitar Center until 8/14/11.

That equates to a PF-350 & PF-115HE for $550.00...not bad.

I got the PF 500 + 15 about a month ago after reading through most of the old thread. Thanks to all the good advice by the way. Anyway, I played it for a couple hours at Sam Ash and decided to buy. They honored a $100 off coupon from guitar center so I got it for $699 plus tax.

I love the set up but I get some rattle when the gain and volume are cranked. Does this happen to anyone else? The rattle is coming from the head but I am hesitant to take anything apart.

Why wait two weeks? P-bass = 15 inch. (or 2X12 or 4X12).
Seriously, though, I'm sure I've missed it in all the post about the new pf's, but has anyone tried (or direct me to comments) a 500 with both 115 and 210 together? I've the 115pf cab, but think it could use two or a 210.

Might be a good idea just to take a screwdriver and check to make sure all the screws are tight. Is the head mounted in fliptop fashion to the speaker cab? If so are the clamps nice and tight when its clipped down on the cab?
