I can pick up a Pf500 for $300. Barely used. I noticed it only has 1 out on the back. Can you run 2 cabs off of it? Do you daisy chain them then? Thanks in advance for the help and info!

Ampeg Portaflex 500. Worth it?

Yes, I got mine under the same circumstances, and I'm very happy with it. It has two outs -- one is speakon and the other is 1/4". Yes, you can daisy chain two cabinets. That is what I do. Amp to cabinet 1, out of cabinet 1 to cabinet 2.

two 8 ohm cabs = 4 ohms. Don't plug in more then that, or more then one 4 ohm cab.
I just wanted to make sure daisy chaining does the same as doing both cabs straight from the head. Thanks for the info. I will probably get the pf500 and rid of my ampeg svt450h.
Stay away from that Junk..... Mine just died after 18 months , lost 80% of its power during a gig and died in a weak distortion sound, its " Class D " electronics made in china, forget about the good old time of the V4B, it's over !!! Did'nt you ever ask yourself how they build a 500w ( 350w 8ohms) in a 15 pounds metal box for $400 brand new...? its cheap componants, integrated circuits hard to repair, cost more to repair than buying a new one... and guaranty service is a fraud.
