Ok the day has finally come. Selling one of my guitar amps and looking to add a new Ampeg combo to my artillery for gigging in my new band. We play mostly adult contemporary rock and folk and lugging the V4-B with the 212AV has become brutal. I’ve tried some rumbles, great amps but really not my favorite. I do love the sound of the new Rocketbasses. I’m a flat out Peg guy anyway. I’m just between the 210 and the 115. Now that they’ve been out a while and people have been able to able to buy and use them, what’s been the general consensus between the two? Which one would be more versatile and suitable for gigging?

Ampeg RB-210 or RB-115?

Bueler? Bueler? Anyone have experiences with both these amps? I’ve posted about them last year but have seen them out in stores now so I figured some folks may have tried them out, purchased them and use them by now.
I’ve gotten suggestions to go the Markbass route instead before, and that was definitely based around my search at one point for a Joe Dart tone, but I’m back to rocknroll, and peg sound. Same thing with Mesa subways. Nice amps but to get the sound I want I’d be buying peg tone stacks and VR bass pedals again.

I had the same question about BA110 vs BA112. Didn't really find much and the rocket combos thread is too big to just read through. Searching that thread didn't offer much help either.
I bought the BA110 and liked it enough to consider spending more $. Local store had a used BA115 but I found the size to excessive so I set my sights on the BA112. Could not get a straight answer so I just bought one. After 15 minutes I knew I liked the sound of the 112 better than the 110 so the 110 is going back.
Sadly, I think the best answer at this point is to somehow try them both. Perhaps you have a retailer near you with both of them?

It's a good question. I went with the RB-210 since it has 250 watts without extension cab versus the RB-115 that has 100 watts without extension cab. Especially for the purpose of gigging I think more power is better.
I suppose the advantage of the 115 is that it is a little smaller, a little lighter and a little less money.
