What can somebody tell me about the serial number on a SVT810E Cabinet. The serial number is D97DQ80163, what can be said about that specific serial number?

I think the fourth Digit "D" stands for domestic, meaning it's made in America?

The 4th digit 'D' means it was made FOR North America.

The 8 after the Q (year '04) is the month. 8=August. The last four numbers are the production number.

What are they using in the fifth digit (year) after 2013 (the year after all 26 letters of the alphabet have been used)?

The whole process started over in 2008, but the digit moves according to what product it is. It's somewhere around the 12th digit, and the coding starts:

A: 2008
B: 2009

So 2013 would be denoted by an F somewhere in the serial.

I really don't know how the entire serial breaks down. All I know is the year.
