Hey question fo r anyone that knows better than me.. i was practicing and the amp cut off but cut back on a few times this is just a Temperature thing to cut it off so it does not get to hot correct .. I think i need to adjust how i have more air flow to the amp .. is this correct ?

Even if I have four of'em (see up here) my only advice is to check tube condition, 'cause an AC tension problem in your basement would reveal by, say, tremblin' light or some (even if sometimes neon lights can cause effects just like that... off/on power to an old TraceElliot head I once had, all with no light tremblin')

Not understanding what you are saying actually i was in a garage and no AC so i think the temperature in the garage just kicked something into like its too hot in here mode but it just kept happening ..it was warm in the garage.. so i think it is just something to keep it from over heating..

My opinion is to check tube conditions.
My exception is, in alternative, my experience with a former Trace Elliot head goin' suddenly off/on. But I later understood it was a non-shieldin' problem displayed by neon lights.
If it's a tension problem, and nothin' tube related, you would be aware of it by lights in the room goin' rapidly off/on as well... a thing that's not automatic with neon lights, which can cause ups/downs of tension with no switchin' off.

Six weeks ago, I took my SVT 7Pro in to have the main board replaced. Still waiting for that slow boat from China with new boards. This whole experience has pretty much soured me on Ampeg. Sure it's great to have a five-year warranty, but what good is it if you can't use your amp because there aren't any parts.
The repair shop called Ampeg this morning, and they're hoping to have the new boards in the US in about one week. Seems like there's a very high demand for them.
In the meantime, I picked up an Aguilar Tonehammer 500 that I've grown very fond of. Beautiful amp and tone! Scanning through the >200 pages of the official Tonehammer 500 thread, there is not one report of the amp going down. Take note of that, Ampeg.

And here's mine...just came yesterday with a 410he. I needed a rack-mountable head for times we have to put stuff in an equipment truck and travel, plus I needed a cab with a tweeter for the occasional bassists we work with who are upset there's no tweeter. None of my other Ampeg stuff fits the bill, and I deliberated for a while between the 4 Pro and the 7 Pro. In the end, low weight won out, although I must admit that I still want a 4 Pro. But if I'm going to spend that kind of money on a 40 lb amp, I'd get a V4B. Oh wait...I already did

Well, that's great news! If my TH500 breaks down, I'll still be able to play it. I haven't played my broken 7Pro for seven weeks now.
I call this photo "Battle of the Lightweight High-Power Ampegs." SVT 7 Pro vs. PF-800. The winner? Me!!!
But seriously, I am pleased as punch with both of these heads. Each of them have their strengths. I set both of them with knobs at noon, ultra-hi on (not a big treble guy but I do like what happens to the treble when you turn on the ultra-hi since switching to these Dunlop Super Bright Nickel strings), ultra-lo off. The PF-800 has a treble response that I dig slightly more, but the 7 Pro has a tiny low end bump that I dig slightly more. Was able to duplicate it by bumping the bass knob on the PF-800 a tiny bit past noon, though, and vice versa with the 7 Pro's treble knob. Still, overall, I think the addition of the tube on the 7 Pro gives it the edge. It's not a huge difference, but I think it's enough to justify the higher price. Still, each head gives me compelling reasons to keep both, as the PF-800 doesn't need a rack to tote it around, and the 7 Pro probably should be racked.
This really helps me, because I recently got a SVT 7 Pro, having sold my PF-500, and haven't had too much time to fiddle with settings to 'dial it in'. I have the same cabinet as you do, so your comparison piqued my interest right away! This looks like a gig set up to me, so are you using one head for backup? Or do you A/B it with a switch for use with the double bass? I also have a P-Bass as my main go-to bass for gigs, but sometimes use some of my others as well. You are correct in assuming you should 'rack' the SVT 7, I have mine in with a Furman power conditioner, and my wireless head. Thanks for the great description and picture!

Last night was the first time I used the 7 Pro and 410he on a gig, having just got them on Monday. I was ABing them so I had both set up, but under ordinary circumstances, I'll just bring one or the other.
