They ARE nice, but I bet Loud never makes any more of them. It's been too long, and it ain't gonna happen.
That ad is just a dead end.
Which will NOT make the company in Illinois where the power amp assemblies were made very happy. They built about 150 more power amp assemblies (that were on order) after the first production run. I hope they got paid, but I don't know that.
There are a couple (reasonably minor) issues with the units, which I know how to fix, but have never been asked about them by Loud.
And there is the issue that you really can't use just the preamp alone. We got asked about that late in the process, and one small switch would fix that too, but it wasn't added. We figured nobody would want to do that, it didn't make sense. But that was before all the preamps were discontinued.
