Ampeg V4

I may have an opportunity to pick one of these up. The seller said its all retubed, recapped and checked out by a tech, but its got cosmetic problems and a broken handle. Anyone got a ballpark estimate of its worth/how much the cosmetic problems remove value?

Prices seem to be going up on these lately. I bought my 1972 V4 in fairly nice condition for $400 a couple years ago.
Here's a few V4 ads you can check out for current pricing:

Cosmetic problems definitely affect value. If its really ratty looking, I'd expect its worth about $200-$300 less than one in fairly nice cosmetic condition. (although I'd think a fresh re-tubing/recapping should add $200/$300 to its value)
