I can purchase the Ampeg for 300 or the Acoustic for 500. I definitely leaning towards the Acoustic. However the Ampeg is interesting. I generally go for the 'vintage' sounds. Low end thump thump. Any advice? Im pretty broke most of the time so even though neither is what youd call pricey..its a decent amount for me to drop although the difference in price is not a factor. I am currently using an american made swr 400 which hasnt wow'd me. I use an early 80's Jazz Special and play thru 2 1x15 svts. Thanks in advance.

I've had both but not at the same time and currnetly have a SWR SM400 (which is a back up).
Everyone here will love the 370; it is a good transistor amp with a graphic EQ.
If you like the Ampeg tone, the mid range selector of the V6B will get you closer.
It is an odd shape to carry and mine was covered in this weird rat fur.
I don't think the 370 is worth $500 but that's what I sold mine for.
NOBODY will the the V6 which is cool.
