Ok, I think I am going to get 4 of those MOD-10s. One last question, excuse my ignorance, but these are 50w speakers and it's a 100w head, is that ok?

Four 50 watt speakers can handle 200 watts.Ok, I think I am going to get 4 of those MOD-10s. One last question, excuse my ignorance, but these are 50w speakers and it's a 100w head, is that ok?
My 2X12 cab with high efficiency EVM12L and a Weber Blue Dog drivers is a good 30% louder than my SVT cab.
If my memory serves me correctly the CTS AlNiCo's are closer to
96-98db where a speaker rated 100-103 db is going to make the same amp considerably louder.
I've been searching and wanted to bring this up in hopes someone can talk me through it. I also have notice how quiet my vintage SVT cab can be (as well as most Ampeg 8x10 cabs). I have an open back EVM-12L loaded 2x12 that absolutely drowns out my SVT 8x10 (CTS loaded). Same amp, same settings, same bass. I've tried back to back and even at the same time running both amps out of my head at 2ohms and the EV loaded 2x12 is, just about, 30% louder than the 8x10, as posted before. It really sucks because I want/need as much as I can get out of my 140w head but LOVE the tone that the 8x10 gives me. So, I was wondering if this is something other people experience or if there might be something wrong with my cab/speakers.
Through the 8x10, my amp sounds like an 80-100 watt amp, which doesn't cut it at all in my band. Even cranked I get completely drowned out by the guitarist playing two 100w half stacks. But I was able to keep up using my EV-SRO loaded 2x15 I had before. Again, I ask:
a) is this normal of 8x10's? (I've only played vented/ported dual 15's before)
b) If the low efficiency is normal, is there a sealed cab that will get me that sound at a higher efficiency?
c) I love the cab tone, I'm debating just picking up a higher powered head, but is it worth it? Will a 200 watt tube head even cut through with how much quieter these cabs are, considering my 140 watt head doesn't?
My head is a Univox UX1501 if that matters. 4x 6550, 140w transformers. Thanks.
